To be dancing circles in the night

Join Jen and Emily for an evening of dancing and movement close to the full moon in the Llangollen/Oswestry area. These sessions are loosely structured, including intro/warm-up, dance session and a relaxation (perhaps with a poem) to finish. Expect a diverse blend of music and moods to shake your thing to, including soulful tunes, funky beats, much loved songs and sounds from across the globe. 

Wear: Loose clothing and layers. The dancing is barefoot so we don't step on each other's toes, but feel free to wear light shoes or socks if you need to.

Bring: a blanket and/or yoga mat for relaxation (you may also want a cushion), plenty of water and some snacks. Please do a lateral flow test before attending this event, we really don't want to spread covid. We won't be requiring evidence of this but would ask that you don't attend if not prepared to do one.
