Art Jounalling Day Retreat

Emily and Michelle Rose Boxley are running an Art Journaling and Book Binding day retreat in Kinver and are so excited to share this with you. As freelance artists, we find art journaling essential for our creative process but also for mindfulness and self care. We will both be sharing why we journal and the incredible benefits from this practice as well as guiding you through creative prompts and art journaling techniques.

Part of the day will involve working in your own sketchbooks so please bring a blank sketchbook of your choice with you and then we will also be having a go at creating our own work books using book binding techniques. We will provide all other materials to work with on the day.
